Abrasion Proof Ceramic Ball Valve
Based on national 7th five-year science and technology achievements,
through introducing of technology and machine, we developed high tech
products-Zirconia ball valve. The series of products acquired national
new product certificate in 1995, and two national patents. In addition
to almost all advantages of metal valve, the zirconia ball valve is
more corrosion resistant, high-temperature resistant, and abrasion
proof, So it is widely used in delivery system for gas, liquid, high
temperature steam of acid and alkali and mud fluid in petrochemical,
metallurgy, paper making, power station, oil refining and so on. The
product is ideal succedaneum for titanium-metal valve and monel valve
in strong corrosive circumstance. Zirconia ball valve have advantages
of low cost, long useful life period. The types of driving are hand-operated,
pneumatic, pneumatic-spring restored, and motor-driven. We also can
design various ceramic valve according to customer requirements.
Abrasion Resistant
Valve ball, valve seat and lining are all made of zirconia ceramics,
with HRA higher than 87, so they have good abrasion resistance for
high-speed fluid and hard particles.
Good Corrosion Resistance
Zirconia ceramics are tested by Institute of Metal Research Chinese
Academy of Sciences to have good corrosion resistance except in
HF.
Long Useful Life Period
The valve are tested by Hefei General Machinery Research Institute
for static pressure useful life period, and are proved to have no
leakage after 10 thousands open-close.
Broad Range For Application Suitable for circumstances with gas,
liquid of acid and alkali and hard particles.
